We take into account your equipment's age and provide extensive inspections to identify and correct potential problems before they escalate into accidental failures. SITUATION: Our valued customer houses technology and equipment that is central to the operations of their facilities throughout the country. Thirteen Liebert Air-Cooled Condensers provide the proper temperatures required for efficient operation of this critical technology.

SOLUTION: Delta Temp developed a customized Preventative Maintenance Program that takes into account the equipment's age and includes extensive inspections to identify and correct potential problems before they escalate into accidental failures.

RESULTS: Because of the increased service and attention given to the Liebert Condensors by Delta Temp, the machines are operating efficiently and reliably. While the new Maintenance Program caused an initial increase in inspection costs, these were offset by substantial savings from reduced downtime for equipment and elimination of emergency service calls.

CLIENT: City Of Birmingham Ice Sports Arena

SITUATION: The Birmingham Ice Arena complex includes an indoor, regulation-size ice rink, a smaller ice arena available for lessons and skate parties, a pro shop and a concession stand. The facility includes a number of HVAC and Refrigeration systems - from large to small - many of which run 24-hours a day for the 10-month operating period from August to May of the following Spring. Any equipment downtime or failure can cause substantial revenue loss.

SOLUTION:

For example, Delta Temp installed a Freeze Alarm that automatically alerts key personnel in the event of a power outage or other temporary emergency. Day or night, Service Technicians can respond quickly when needed.
