SITUATION: The School District needed to renovate an aging and fire damaged school building in order to complete a pending sale of several school properties. Due to a deadlineimposed by the prospective buyer, all design and construction work needed to be completed within nine months - less than half the time typically alloted for a project of similar size and scope.
SOLUTION: Delta Temp had the experience, resources and flexibility to overcome the challenges.
